Desiccant Masterbatch for Recycle PE Material

Recycled Polyethylene or recycled Polypropylene often contain some moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, besides quality affected, the moisture even causes impossibility of processing.
PE & PP Desiccant Masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed to solve the moisture problems. With a small adding rate, by mixing with the raw materials, it can absorb the moisture during the production process, thus saving the drying process. PE& PP Desiccant Masterbatch is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.

PE985 can be widely used in recycled and wet PE and PP materials for Film-blowing products.

Guidelines
1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;
2. Use up within 24 hours after opening the inner packing;
3. Adding rate: 1% ~ 3% ;
4. Simply mix with plastic raw materials;
5. Forbid drying with recycled materials.
